If the Home Screen widget is not updating or appears frozen, please try the following steps in order:<\/p>\n

\n Update the app to the latest version, then make sure to open it and reconfigure the widget as described below.

Make sure you are using the latest version<\/strong> of the app.
\n If necessary, update it from the
\n App Store<\/a>\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  2. \n Go to in-app Settings<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
  3. \n Open \u201cEvents to Show on Widgets\u201d<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
  4. \n Choose events<\/span>\n <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can select up to 6 events.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

    On your iPhone Home Screen<\/strong>, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n

    1. \n Go to the iPhone Home Screen<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
    2. \n Long-press the widget<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
    3. \n Edit Widget<\/span>\n <\/li>\n
    4. \n Re-select events<\/span>\n <\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      \n iOS limitations & reducing widget count

      If the issue is not resolved<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Remove all<\/strong> of this app\u2019s widgets from the Home Screen<\/li>\n
      • Add back<\/strong> only one widget you need<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        In many cases, removing all and adding back a single widget restores normal display.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

        \n

        \n Because iOS imposes strict limits<\/strong> on widget updates and rendering, using multiple widgets from the same app at the same time<\/strong> can overload processing and cause delayed updates or display glitches<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n

        \n As a workaround, please try reducing the number of widgets<\/strong> on the Home Screen and narrowing their size and type<\/strong>.\n <\/p>\n
